Phone App Troubleshooting

Sometimes phone apps need to be reset to be refreshed and you can do that by following the steps below for your particular device.

Android

1. Navigate to your Settings app.
2. Select Apps & notifications.
   
3. Select the app you’d like to clear from your list of apps.
   
4. Select Storage & cache.
   
5. Now you can clear the storage, cache, or both by clicking on the relevant trash can icon.
   

iOS

1. Navigate to your Settings app.
2. Select General.
   
3. Select iPhone Storage.
   
4. Search for and select the app you’d like to clear from your list of apps.
   
5. Select Offload App.
